Getting started

What is SuperStreak?

SuperStreak helps you build a habit or break one. You pick one daily goal, invite a friend or family member to be your Champion, and agree on a reward. Check in once a day, and when you reach the finish line, your Champion confirms it, and the reward is yours.

What's a Hero?

You are! The Hero is the one keeping the streak. You pick one daily goal (in SuperStreak, that's your mission), choose how long, agree on a reward with your Champion, and check in once a day until you reach the finish line.

What's a Champion?

Your Champion is the friend or family member in your corner. They see your daily check-ins, send you messages of support along the way, and at the finish line, they confirm you kept your streak, so the reward you agreed on is yours. Being a Champion is always free.

Why only one streak at a time?

Because focus is what makes a habit stick. A long list of habits can feel overwhelming; one goal, kept every day, is how real change happens. Every great hero story is told one mission at a time.

Do I have to have a Champion?

Your mission starts on the day you choose and never waits for your Champion to accept, so you can check in from Day 1. A Champion is what makes SuperStreak work, though: they cheer you on and confirm your finish line so you get your reward.

Who pays the reward?

Whoever you agree on. It might be your Champion treating you, the two of you sharing it, or a treat you've promised yourself. What matters is that you agree on it together, and your Champion confirms when you've earned it. SuperStreak never handles money or rewards: you and your Champion arrange it between you.

Being a Hero

What if I forget to check in?

If you kept your goal but didn't check in, you can confirm up to 7 days later in the app.

What if I break my streak?

Even heroes have off days. Start a comeback and your mission restarts today or tomorrow, your choice. Your record of days kept is never wiped, and your Champion is told you're restarting so they can cheer you on.

Can I start tomorrow instead of today?

Yes. When you set up or restart a mission, choose whether Day 1 is today or tomorrow.

Can I change my goal or reward?

Yes, until your Champion accepts your invite: open Settings and tap "Edit mission details". After they accept, your goal and reward are locked in.

Can I change my Champion?

Yes. Open Settings and tap "Change Champion". Your streak stays the same, and we let your old Champion know.

Being a Champion

How do I accept a Champion invite?

Open the invite link on your iPhone. If you don't have SuperStreak yet, get it from the App Store, open it, and tap "Support someone else". Being a Champion is always free.

Can I be a Champion for more than one person?

Yes. You can be in the corner of up to 10 Heroes at once, and switch between them in the app.

Can I stop being a Champion?

Yes. Open Settings and tap "Step down" next to your Hero. Their streak keeps going, and we let them know so they can invite someone else.

Can a Champion start their own mission?

Yes. Tap "Start your own mission" in the app. You'll stay a Champion for your Heroes. Starting your own mission needs a SuperStreak membership.

Reminders and notifications

What reminders will I get?

A daily reminder at the time you choose. If you haven't checked in by 9 PM, a gentle evening reminder, and if you forgot yesterday, a morning reminder to confirm it. You can turn reminders on or off in SuperStreak's Settings.

How do I change my daily reminder time?

Open Settings in SuperStreak and choose a new reminder time. You can turn the evening and morning reminders on or off there too.

What notifications does a Champion get?

Champions hear when their Hero checks in, reaches a milestone, or restarts, so they can send encouragement at the right moment. Check-in updates arrive quietly, so nobody gets buzzed at night.

Why am I not getting notifications?

Make sure notifications are on for SuperStreak in your iPhone's Settings, under Notifications. A Focus mode can also hold them back.

iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets

Does SuperStreak work on my Apple Watch?

Yes. The Apple Watch app comes with SuperStreak. Check in from your wrist, confirm yesterday if you forgot, and add SuperStreak to your watch face to see your streak at a glance.

Does SuperStreak have Home Screen widgets?

Yes, for your Home Screen and your Lock Screen. They show your streak at a glance; to check in, tap the widget to open SuperStreak.

Why does my widget say "Your mission"?

To keep your mission private, notifications and widgets say "Your mission" by default. To show your mission name on Home Screen widgets, open Settings in SuperStreak and turn off "Keep notifications private". Lock Screen widgets never show your mission name, since anyone can see your Lock Screen.

Does SuperStreak work on iPhone Duo?

Yes. SuperStreak is designed to support iPhone Duo, with layouts made for its larger screen when unfolded.

Is SuperStreak on Android?

Not yet. SuperStreak is for iPhone, and your Champion needs an iPhone too.

Membership

Do I need a membership?

Heroes start missions with a yearly membership. Champions are always free. If your membership ends, your current mission keeps going until it's done.

Does SuperStreak work with Family Sharing?

Yes. One membership can be shared with up to five family members through Apple's Family Sharing. Each person uses their own SuperStreak account. Family members aged 13 to 17 need a parent's or guardian's permission.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership is billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose SuperStreak. Deleting the app or your SuperStreak account doesn't cancel it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose SuperStreak.

Privacy and account

Who can see my goal?

Only you and your Champion. Notifications and widgets don't name your goal unless you choose to, and invite links never show it. No ads, and no tracking across other apps.

What if someone sends me a message that isn't okay?

Use "Report a message" in Messages. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also change your Champion in Settings.

How old do I need to be to use SuperStreak?

You need to be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

How do I delete my account?

In SuperStreak, open Settings and tap "Delete account and data". Everything linked to your account is deleted, and we let your Champion or Heroes know.
